Legic® keyfob and ISO card :

The keyfob is available in the standard colours BLACK and BLUE.

Coding specifications

An important part of the data array is the so called authorisation code. This code is a special data stored in the Read/Write unit which is compared with a specific part of the data array, the data protection code, in the card memory. Only when these data correspond, the card can be read and written to. When there is no protection code on the card, this card may be read and written to from all Read/Write units. The authorisation code array is read into the Read/Write unit with a special authorisation card. Each Read/Write card can contain up to 16 authorisation code arrays. Each individual authorisation code array can be removed again from the Read/Write unit with an authorisation erase card.

Design / printing

The card allows printing on both the front and the rear side in mono- or polychrome.

Refinement

Personalisation (text, drawings and/or photo) is possible by digital printing with appropriate card printers.

The ISO card can be combined with other coding types, such as e.g. bar code and magnetic stripe

(only HiCo version = 4000 Oe), or an additional contact memory/microprocessor chip to create hybrid cards.
